Ingredients

  • 120 g of Berneri Rice Flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 125 g of plain yogurt
  • 6 g of vanilla yeast
  • 80 g of seed oil
  • 30 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Preparation

First, peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
Now pour the rice flour, sugar, cinnamon and yeast into a bowl and mix to combine the ingredients.

In another bowl, pour the yogurt, milk, oil, honey and egg then mix everything with the help of a hand whisk until they are well combined.

At this point, pour the creamy mixture into the bowl of flour and mix well until everything is well blended. Now add the apple pieces to your dough and mix.
Now place some muffin liners on the oven tray or, again with the liners, directly line a muffin pan, then with the help of a spoon pour the mixture into the liners up to ¾ of their capacity.
Now place in a preheated oven at 190 C° and cook for about 20/25 minutes, checking that they do not become too red on the surface.
Once cooked, let your cakes cool before turning them out.
If you want you can sprinkle them with icing sugar before delighting them

Enjoy your meal!
